Satinderpal Singh & Chef Amarjeet Saini

Dream Banquet Hall co-owners Satinderpal Singh and Amarjeet Saini are the heart and soul of our hospitality experience.

Having spent decades hosting functions at high-end hotels and restaurants, the pair understand precisely what it takes to craft a memorable occasion. At Dream Banquet Hall, your vision comes together with their expertise to create an experience that you and your guests will cherish for years to come.

Culinary Brilliance

Chef Amrish Sood

Chef Amrish Sood’s pursuit of culinary excellence has carried him on a global tour — one in which awards and recognition have followed at every step.

Overseeing kitchen operations at the 5-star JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, he was recognized with the BBC Good Food Award and multiple Chef of the Year awards by Gourmet Abu Dhabi. Likewise, Sood’s inaugural restaurant, Fire, rapidly grew to prominence eventually receiving a Best Indian Restaurant award from global publication Time Out.

Carrying The Spirit of Spice 72

Before Dream Banquet Hall, there was Spice 72 Indian Restaurant & Lounge.

Nurtured by Satinderpal and Amarjeet in partnership with the latter’s brother, Jaspal Saini, it’s become a mainstay of Surrey’s culinary landscape. And yet, despite the success, something was missing: when guests expressed a desire to host elaborate celebrations, Spice 72 couldn’t meet their needs.

Dream Banquet Hall changes that. It’s the beloved ambiance and attention to detail of Spice 72, but on a grander scale — for those occasions that simply demand a resplendent celebration.
